Humane TNR offers a no-cost Feral Cat Spay & Neuter program.  We work with owners of barn cats throughout the Miami Valley.  If you have a barn cat(s) that you would like to have spayed or neutered, please use the below form and one of our volunteers will get back with you shortly.
